Jerry Harmon and the Appalachian Mountain Culture
Jerry Harmon, a Grammy-nominated Appalachian Mountain storyteller, singer, and songwriter, hails from the beautiful Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina. After performing in numerous countries, he is eager to share the rich culture and traditions of the mountains with a wider audience.
The southern Appalachian Mountains are steeped in a wealth of lore, and this site aims to uncover and share these stories with the world. Jerry, having grown up enjoying the local cuisine, is well-versed in the flavors that define the region. The jams, jellies, and chow chow available here have been personally tested and approved by Jerry himself.
